Cancellation policies

Terms of payment for apartments, studios, and rooms

  • After confirmation of your booking by DHR, a deposit of 40% of the total amount must be paid
    7 days after receipt of the booking confirmation.
  • The amount is mentioned on your invoice (see IBAN number on the invoice).
  • The remaining amount must be paid 30 days before arrival.
  • Credit card payments are subject to the same conditions as above + a surcharge of 4% of the
    total amount.
  • In case of (partial) cancellation, we will charge a € 25.00 administration fee.

Cancellation conditions for apartments, studios, and rooms

We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.

In case of cancellation, we will try to re-rent the accommodation in such a way that you suffer as little damage as possible. It goes without saying that in case of illness etc., you should first contact your insurance company if you have cancellation insurance. The cleaning fee and tourist tax paid will be refunded to you.

Cancellation conditions horseboxes

Like you, we know that something unforeseen can always happen. We therefore apply the following cancellation conditions:

In case of a cancellation on your part, DHR has the following refund obligations:

  • Cancellation up to 60 days before the day of arrival: You will receive a full refund of the deposit minus a € 25,00 administration fee.
  • Cancellation up to 30 days before date of arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
  • . Cancellation up to 15 days before the day of arrival: you will be refunded 50% of the agreed total amount, provided the full amount of the agreed price is in our possession.
  • Cancellation within 15 days before the date of arrival: 25% of the agreed totalamount, provided the full amount of the agreed price is in our possession.
